About me and my practice
As a fully-qualified counsellor, I am a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics. I follow the guidelines of the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice and attend therapeutic workshops and events for ongoing professional development.
I work in a person-centered way which means I work at your pace with what you want to bring to sessions.
I offer online, phone and in-person sessions at the Kingswood Practice in Horsham, West Sussex. A dedicated Counselling, Wellbeing & Therapy centre. The practice is close to major public transport links, Horsham District Council parking and supermarket car parks. The practice offers privacy and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My practice is easily accessible from Crawley, Billingshurst, West Grinstead, Southwater, Cowfold, Lower Beeding, Rudgwick, Faygate, Slinfold, and Broadbridge Heath.
In addition to my private practice, I am a Senior Counsellor working for a West Sussex based charity supporting a range of client issues, including depression, anxiety, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and to support those wanting to explore how the past impacts their present.
Experience
I have two and a half years experience of working with clients with a broad range of issues both at the West Sussex charity and in private practice.

I offer a free initial 30min consultation either by phone or online using Teams.
Fees
In person, telephone or online - £50 per 50 min session.
